Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, except in the following situations:

Your item arrived damaged.

You received the wrong item or the wrong size.

Because every garment is made to order, we're unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or fit preferences. Each piece is constructed only after your order is placed, which enables us to keep our practices sustainable and avoid overproducing. Please note each item is quality controlled and inspected before being sent to you, so if something is wrong with the piece before it leaves us, we will know about it.

Measurements

Your garment is made to the measurements you provide us at the time of order. If the finished piece doesn't match those measurements, let us know and we'll either issue a refund or remake the garment for you. Please take care when taking your measurements, or ask someone to help you.

Materials

Every piece we make is handcrafted from deadstock denim that we source and reconstruct by hand. Because of this, no two pieces are exactly alike — you may notice slight irregularities such as fading, small marks, visible stitching, or subtle differences in wear. These aren't flaws; they're a natural result of working with reclaimed materials, and part of what makes each garment one of a kind.

Colour, tone, and texture can also vary slightly from what's shown in our product photos, since we're working with upcycled fabric rather than new, uniform rolls of material. These natural variations are expected and are not eligible for return or refund.

Applying for a Refund or Exchange

If something's wrong with your order, let us know within 30 days of receiving your package by emailing info@samekstudio.com with your order number and images. We review every case individually, and not every report will result in a refund or exchange. To be considered, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
